If you do not have a valid nautical CV, we will ask you to hire the services of a professional skipper. Even with a skipper on board, you remain the signatory of the rental contract. You are therefore responsible for the boat. The skipper sleeps aboard the boat, so he or she will need a berth either in a cabin reserved for him or her, or in the saloon, or in a converted headland. The skipper does not cook or clean the boat. For cooking, you can hire a hostess to prepare meals and clean the saloon. The hostess must have her berth either in a cabin reserved for her, or in a specially equipped headland. If you take on the services of a skipper and/or hostess, remember to include them in your provisioning.

A deposit is required for the catamaran. This must be deposited with the rental company either in advance or on the day of embarkation by credit card. Please ensure that the amount is available on the account used and that the credit card limit has been released. To insure your deposit, Keep Sailing advises you to take out Excess Damage Waiver insurance. In the event of an accident at sea, if the security deposit is retained by the rental company, the amount will be reimbursed to you by the insurance (excluding the residual deductible). You can take out Excess Redemption insurance with our partner Ouest Assurances.
